Jordan: Mom, when I was little little I was in an egg.
Mom: No, honey, you didn't come from an egg. When you were a baby you came from mommy's tummy.
Jordan: (after thinking) Did you throw up?
Mom: (suppressing laughter) Nope, I didn't throw up.
Jordan: (another pause) Did you go poop?
Mom: (Choosing words wisely) Kinda like that.
Then I told him about how when you have a baby you have to go the the hospital. I added that when Braden was born they had to cut me open and take Braden out.
Jordan: Did you die?
Mom: Nope, I didn't die.

I LOVE IT! I haven't had the guts yet to tell my kids how they exit mommy's belly...luckily none of them have asked.
I love conversations like that! I hope you don't mind me finding your blog. It is fun to see pictures of your family. I hope you are doing well!
So I read that like a week ago and cracked up. But I guess I forgot to comment! My cute little Jordan just keeps on making us laugh! What a crack up!
Just wait, there will be more questions to come. Oh the joy of parenthood! We miss you!
I love the questions they ask at this stage/age.. they understand a lot and then they ask even funnier questions when they know just a little bit!
hey, I have a handful of cute pics of your kids from the reunion! I'm working on figuring out Winkflash.com.. so I can upload stuff there and everyone can see em??
Cheers..!
